Shipping 

We offer flat rate shipping internationally but certain areas may be restricted. Please email us to double check! All orders are shipped from Calgary, AB. Cost of shipping is flat rate and will be combined when possible. In certain cases, orders may be broken up and shipped separately. All in stock items will ship within approximately 5 business days unless indicated otherwise. Local contactless pickup is also an available option at no extra cost in Inglewood.

Handling

All orders are carefully hand packaged and shipped at the buyer’s risk. We do our best on our end to ensure that all pieces arrive to their new homes safely although once shipped, any causalities are out of our control. If for some reason your piece has arrived damaged, please contact us at hey@betteroffstudio.com and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, we are a small business and can not refund any orders damaged by Canada Post once shipped.
